Booking a photoshoot constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Booking a photoshoot

  1. The date and details of the photoshoot are determined individually through direct email communication. The photoshoot date is confirmed after a deposit has been paid in the amount agreed upon with the photographer. If the deposit is not received within two business days, the date is automatically cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client or failure to attend the photoshoot, the photographer is not obligated to return the deposit.
  2. Payment for the photoshoot is due on the day of the shoot, either in cash or by bank transfer within two business days after the photoshoot.

  4. The date of an outdoor photoshoot can be changed once free of charge (up to 2 hours before the scheduled shoot) due to unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain, storm, snowstorm, etc.).
  5. Any photoshoot can be booked as a voucher, with full payment made in advance. The voucher is valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase. After this period, the service is forfeited. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. The chosen photo package cannot be reduced during the photoshoot. However, there is the option to expand the purchased service according to the information provided in the price list.

Photosession

  1. Photo sessions can take place in any client's interior (home, apartment) within Hanover and surrounding areas up to a maximum of 20km (other locations are subject to agreement and incur an additional fee), outdoors, or in a rented space (rental costs, booking, and photography permits are the client's responsibility).
  2. By utilizing the photographer’s services, you acknowledge and accept their work style, which should not significantly deviate from the values presented in their portfolio (i.e., photographic style and character, editing).
  3. Upon the client’s special request, the photographer can prepare a “mood board” before the planned photoshoot free of charge.
  4. Upon the client’s special request, the photographer can assist with selecting the styling and/or photoshoot location free of charge.
  5. Clients must arrive promptly for the scheduled photoshoot time. Any lateness will shorten the total photoshoot duration.
  6. The duration of the photoshoot is determined by the purchased service. There is the option to extend the photoshoot, after prior consultation with the photographer. The extended photoshoot time will be priced separately and added to the service.

Editing

  1. Preview images in low resolution, with a watermark for the client to choose from, are sent within 7 business days following the photoshoot date.
  2. The client has 10 business days from the date the photographer publishes the preview images to select their photos. After this selection period expires, the photographer will choose the images at their discretion.
  3. Preview images are for the client’s review only. The client has an absolute prohibition against their publication.
  4. The editing time is a maximum of 20 business days from the moment the client selects their photos.
  5. Editing involves applying filters (including partial black and white color correction) and very gentle retouching (only if an unsightly spot appears in the image). I do not retouch bodies, blemishes, slim, or remove people or objects.
  6. The files are archived on the photographer’s disk for 3 months from the date the final files are delivered. After this period, the files are permanently deleted.
  7. Express editing (3-5 business days) is available for an additional cost of 150-300 Euros, depending on the chosen package.
  8. Unedited images are not provided. However, there is an option to purchase all images (after initial editing) on a USB drive or for download, after consultation with the photographer.

Image, rights, personal data

  1. Individuals wishing to have a photoshoot must provide the photographer with their:
    1. Personal data: i.e., first name and last name and place of residence for the purpose of issuing an invoice.
    2. Contact information: i.e., email address and current phone number to facilitate communication regarding information/service delivery.
  2. According to the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, the photographer is the author of the photos, and all copyright and property rights remain with them.
  3. Upon receiving the photos, the client receives the right to use them for non-commercial purposes, including public dissemination, printing, and/or reproduction. This means that photos can be freely shared with family and friends, copied, and printed, but they cannot be resold to third parties.
